Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications:
A current license as a Registered Nurse in Georgia
Graduated from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
Demonstrate ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English. Multilingual a plus*
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills.
PALS, ACL, and BLS certified
Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:
Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
Perform client assessments as necessary

Home Health Aide/ Certified Nurse Aide

Have at least one year of work experience as a Home Health Aide / Certified Nurse Aide
Must be listed on the Georgia Nurse Aide Registry
Demonstrate an ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English. Multilingual a plus*
Pass the Agape Competency Evaluation Examination
Have a criminal background check completed
Meet all state requirements

Activities of daily living
Light housekeeping
Bathing
Grooming
Toileting
Nail care
Range of motion / exercises
Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
Oral feeding
Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
Assisting with ambulation
Medication assistance
