Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications:

  • A current license as a Registered Nurse in Georgia

  • Graduated from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.

  • Demonstrate ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English. Multilingual a plus*

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • PALS, ACL, and BLS certified

  • Ability to travel to cases as assigned. 

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

  • Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs 

  • Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories

  • Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures

  • Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager

  • Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders

  • Perform client assessments as necessary

Home Health Aide/ Certified Nurse Aide

Join Us Today!

A Home Health Aide / Certified Nurse Aide must:

  • Have at least one year of work experience as a Home Health Aide / Certified Nurse Aide

  • Must be listed on the Georgia Nurse Aide Registry

  • Demonstrate an ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English. Multilingual a plus*

  • Pass the Agape Competency Evaluation Examination

  • Have a criminal background check completed

  • Meet all state requirements

  • Must be First Aide/ BLS Certified

Job Responsibilities for HHA – Home Health Aides / CNA - Certified Nurse Aide :

  • Activities of daily living  

  • Light housekeeping  

  • Bathing  

  • Grooming  

  • Toileting 

  • Nail care  

  • Range of motion / exercises  

  • Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices  

  • Oral feeding  

  • Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration  

  • Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.  

  • Assisting with ambulation  

  • Medication assistance
